EVENTS FORM DOWNLOAD
1) Church/Ministry Related Events
If you want to have a church/ministry related event either on the church campus or off church campus, please click HERE to download and print the Event Form and cover letter. The instructions in the cover letter will help you through the process from there. If you have trouble downloading an event form from your computer then you can find printed event forms in the “Event Form” box behind the door in the sound room of the church. If you have any questions please email Marilyn Hurst by clicking HERE. A form needs to be filled out and turned in to Marilyn at least 2 weeks prior to the event for it to be announced on Sunday mornings, signs up sheets made, etc.
2) Non-Church Related Event (Building Use) i.e. Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Weddings, etc.
If you are wanting to have an event in the Canyon Chapel Church building please click HERE to download the event form. The event form will print with instructions on what to do next in the process. If you are having trouble downloading and printing out an event form from your computer you can also find printed forms in the “Event Form” box behind the door in the church sound room. 3) Team Meetings:
If you plan to have a team meeting at church, please click HERE to download and print the Calendar Submission form. You can also find printed forms in the "Event Form" box behind the door in the sound room of the church. If you have any questions email Marilyn Hurst by clicking HERE. A form needs to be filled out and turned in to Marilyn as early as possible.
NOTE: Sound Equipment Questionnaire
For any event you have at the church property and you will want to use the sound system, you must download the “Sound Questionnaire” by clicking HERE. Please fill it out and turn it in with your event form.
